JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing marketing performance? We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our innovative team at Orion180. In this role, you will help scale and streamline our marketing efforts by managing our technology stack, driving data insights, and improving cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Streamline and Document Marketing Processes: Design, manage, and refine workflows for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and nurturing programs.
Optimize Marketing Tech Stack: Administer and enhance platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other integrated tools.
Enable Accurate Data Flow: Manage integration, automation, and data enrichment across systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
Deliver Performance Insights: Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs, marketing funnel efficiency, and campaign ROI.
Drive Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure project continuity and data integrity.
Coordinate Budgets & Vendors: Assist with marketing budget tracking and coordination of third-party vendors and partners.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing operations or related roles within high-growth or tech-enabled environments.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
Must Haves:
Advanced experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle).
Strong Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with SQL, Looker, and Tableau is a plus.
Understanding of audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and campaign lifecycle management.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with precision.
Excellent project management skills; project management certification is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
SOFT SKILLS
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Organized, analytical, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Able to bring structure to fast‑moving and ambiguous environments.
