
KidZania Dallas is looking for a proactive, organized, and creative part-time Marketing Coordinator to support cross-marketing initiatives and launch marketing activities promoting KidZania as a leading edutainment park for families, schools, and corporate events.
This role works closely with the CMO and is ideal for a junior marketer who wants hands-on experience in partnerships, local marketing activations and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Planning and execution of cross-marketing initiatives with local partners, schools, nonprofits, malls, and family-oriented brands
Assist in launching marketing activities promoting family visits, field trips, birthday parties, and corporate events
Organize and execute on-site and off-site marketing activations and community events
Support influencer and local creator visits
Assist with content coordination for social media, including briefing photographers and collecting assets
Keep business listings updated across platforms such as Google Maps, Yelp, and Apple Maps
Support internal coordination with operations, sales, and events teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with basic reporting on marketing activities and partnerships performance
Help track timelines, deliverables, and marketing calendars
Support research on local competitors, events, and partnership opportunities
Create promo codes, discounts, and basic offers in internal operational systems
Handle special assignments or projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer

Qualifications
Education Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Work Experience Experience or strong interest in entertainment, family brands, education, or experiential marketing is a plus Required Skills Strong written and spoken English Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow through Comfortable communicating with partners and internal teams Proactive, curious, and willing to learn Having a hobby (Dance, Sports, Music, etc.) is a plus Technical Skills Confident PC and Google Workspace user Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets / Slides) Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) III & IV
Travel Some occasional local travel to off-site events. Reimbursement for gas/mileage will be provided. Driver's License and/or reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or move around the park, mall, or other areas for extended periods during events and activations. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds (e.g., signage, props, marketing materials). Ability tobend, reach, and assist with light setup for events or promotional displays. Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work. Ability to visually review digital and printed marketing materials for accuracy. Ability to hear and communicate clearly with guests, partners, and internal teams in a busy environment. Hours Part-time, from 20 hours per week Weekday availability between 9am-5pm preferred Weekly schedule may vary based on events, activations, and business needs. Occasional weekends or holidays may be required.
