Part-time (Flexible schedule) Must be physically available 2-4x a month for a 2-4-hour period.
About The Role We’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend‑aware Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence. This person will be responsible for working with our own editing and production team and videographer to produce engaging content for our social channels. We’re looking for someone who shines on camera and enjoys creating engaging on‑screen content.
Key Responsibilities
Create high‑quality content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Serve as primary on-camera personality for social media content, appearing in videos, reels, and promotional materials.
Demonstrate confidence, clarity, and engagement while speaking on camera.
Maintain a professional, camera-ready presence during filming sessions.
Monitor trends and proactively pitch new content ideas
Engage with followers and respond to comments professionally
Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Qualifications Targeted applicants are Marketing/Film major students from Texas State, Inc Word, UTSA with experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples required)
Strong understanding of current social trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Strong communication and time‑management skills
Bonus: experience with analytics tools, paid ads, or community management
