JIRA or similar project tracking tools
Responsibilities
Produce digital-first visual assets for streaming and app-based platforms.
Execute high-volume asset resizing across multiple breakpoints and placements.
Adapt key art and creative into platform-specific formats for UI surfaces.
Ensure assets render correctly within product and streaming interfaces.
Validate framing, cropping, and hierarchy within UI layouts.
Bring Photoshop-built assets into Figma for preview, QA, and placement checks.
Work closely with product designers to support evolving product experiences.
Operate within established design systems and production guardrails.
Manage tasks independently using JIRA and meet fast-paced delivery timelines.
Explore and propose AI-assisted or automated workflows to improve production speed and scale.
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of digital production design experience.
Strong Photoshop skills focused on digital and UI-adjacent asset production.
Hands-on experience with Figma for asset prep and layout validation.
Experience producing assets for streaming, OTT, or app-based platforms.
Familiarity with platform-specific requirements and breakpoints.
Demonstrated curiosity or experimentation with AI or automation tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Portfolio is required and must show digital-first, platform-specific work.
Print-only or photo-only portfolios will not be considered.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with accessibility considerations for digital interfaces.
Exposure to AI-assisted design or production tools.
Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
Understanding of digital asset performance considerations.
Prior collaboration with product designers.
