About the Team
This role sits within Ingram Micro’s Advanced Solutions organization. Our team focuses on fast‑growing routes to market in the industry: the AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces. As end customers increasingly procure software and services directly through hyperscaler marketplaces, Ingram Micro plays a critical role in enabling partners to transact efficiently, maintain incumbency, and accelerate cloud growth.
You will work closely with Vendor Business Managers, Sales teams, and the Development Executives to support and advance marketplace opportunities across the company.

As cloud procurement increasingly shifts to hyperscaler marketplaces such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, Ingram Micro plays a critical role in enabling partners to transact efficiently and competitively in this rapidly growing route to market. The Customer Experience Representative supports the full lifecycle of hyperscaler marketplace transactions. This role ensures accuracy, speed, and consistency across quoting, approvals, CRM entries, and partner interactions. You will help identify marketplace opportunities, shepherd deals through internal processes, and eventually engage directly with partners to communicate our value proposition. What You’ll Do
Track, identify, and monitor potential marketplace opportunities using pipeline data, renewals, customer mapping, and internal reporting.
Shepherd deals through Ingram Micro’s marketplace processes, ensuring accuracy across quotes, vendor documentation, approvals, and CRM entries.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies that may delay transactions.
Engage with partners (outbound calls, scheduled meetings, follow‑ups) to communicate marketplace value propositions and support deal progression.
Document partner interactions, next steps, and deal status in CRM systems.
Provide regular reporting on deal progress, partner engagement, and marketplace activity.
Support 35+ participating vendors, with new vendors added regularly.
Serve as a resource for marketplace transactions across the entire organization.

Prior experience in the IT channel, distribution, cloud, or vendor ecosystem.
