Job Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time role supporting the Marketing, eCommerce, and Wholesale teams through the execution of day-to-day design needs and seasonal initiatives. This position focuses on producing cohesive visual storytelling that reflects the brand aesthetic using established brand systems and guidelines.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, passionate about visual design, and adaptable to new design tools and trends. We’re looking for someone who collaborates effectively, embraces the H&B vision and core values, manages timelines responsibly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute creative assets across digital and print channels, including email, web, social, paid media, seasonal catalogs, and marketing collateral.

Partner with senior leaders and directors to conceptualize and develop seasonal campaigns. Contribute ideas to creative discussions and proactively suggest user‑focused design solutions.

Directly support the senior graphic designer in designing seasonal creative campaigns and creative assets for product launches.

Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, production‑ready designs.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine concepts and incorporate feedback.

Ability to edit and retouch photos for use across digital and print assets

Maintain consistency across all brand touch‑points while helping evolve the visual language.

Experience working independently and managing projects from concept through delivery.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

2–4 years of professional experience in graphic or brand design, ideally within a design studio, lifestyle brand, or product company.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); proficiency with Figma, and experience with Google Workspace preferred.

Experience with drawing/ illustration and video editing is a plus.

Strong design sensibility across print and digital formats — typography, layout, and composition.

Experience designing both print and digital collateral, and marketing materials with knowledge of production.

Golf knowledge is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive full‑time salary, with the potential for additional performance‑based compensation

Salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
