About the Role We’re looking for a
high-energy, people-first Community Partnerships & Events Coordinator
to help grow our brand presence through local partnerships, events, and community engagement.
This is a
junior-to-early career role —perfect for someone who loves meeting people, planning events, building relationships, and showing up as the face of the brand in the community. You don’t need to be a strategic mastermind yet—but you do need to be organized, dependable, social-media savvy, and genuinely personable.

What You’ll Do Community Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, medical offices, and community organizations
Serve as the main point of contact for partnerships and sponsorships
Help identify opportunities that drive brand awareness and local engagement
Track partnership activity and share updates with the marketing team
Events & Outreach
Help plan, coordinate, and execute community events, clinic openings, and local activations
Support event logistics including materials, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution
Represent the brand professionally at events (evenings/weekends included)
Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting
Clinic & Team Support
Work closely with clinic leadership and regional teams to support local growth efforts
Ensure events align with brand standards and compliance guidelines
Provide clinics with materials, talking points, and basic follow-up recommendations
Organization & Reporting
Track attendance, leads, and outcomes from events
Maintain organized records of partnerships and events
Share insights and updates with the marketing team

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in events, community outreach, marketing, or customer-facing roles
Extremely personable and comfortable talking to new people
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Confident using social media (posting, engagement, basic content awareness)
Willingness to travel up to
50%
and attend evening/weekend events
Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 40 lbs)
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-location brands or healthcare/wellness
Basic Excel or reporting experience
Event coordination or vendor management exposure
