
Interior Designer - Residential Practice Area

The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will assist in conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet our clients' needs and preferences. You will work closely with senior designers and the design team to gather requirements, create design presentations, and execute projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial.
Participate in all project phases, from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring design integrity and quality.
Produce detailed drawings, presentations, and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design solutions are executed accurately and meet client expectations.
Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment that align with the design vision and project requirements.
Conduct research and stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in workplace and commercial interiors.
Support project documentation, including construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insight and recommendations.
Travel as needed to support project installations and site visits across the U.S.
3 to 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential (multi-family) and commercial projects
Strong design and conceptual thinking skills with a portfolio showcasing innovative and well-executed projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
