Who we are looking for: A top-producing mortgage team is seeking a Branch Social & Digital Media Specialist with a strong background in YouTube platform management who can bring creative ideas to life, while executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, visually driven marketer who understands social media, brand consistency, and performance-driven content while working within compliance standards.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, while ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's voice, professionalism, and quality for the branch.

What you'll do: Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute monthly and long-term social media content plans

Create platform-optimized Long Form and Short form Video Content

Concepts for: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, & Google My Business

Optimize YouTube video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and algorithmic visibility.

Apply strong visual judgment, layout balance, and brand consistency across all assets

Ensure grammar, punctuation, and brand voice are always accurate and aligned

Video & Creative Coordination

Research & identify content ideas for video creation

Schedule video shoots with a videographer

Coordinate post-production and revisions with videographer/video editors

Publishing, Engagement & Community Management

Balance varied posting cadences without sacrificing quality or consistency using scheduling software

Manage comment responses, inbox management, and social outreach

Oversee reputation management (reviews) across social media and review profiles

Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications

Email, Website & Campaign Support

Send weekly & monthly email newsletters featuring video content

Submit website updates to the web team

Utilize CRM and marketing tech tools to execute email drip campaigns

Compliance, Tools & Optimization

Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, platform best practices, and is approved by compliance

Use AI tools/agents to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality

Manage deadlines and ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards

Research and evaluate new digital tools, platforms, and trends to stay ahead in an evolving media landscape

Stay informed about YouTube platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features, adapting strategies accordingly.

Performance & Analytics

Track and measure the effectiveness of social media and digital efforts, delivering performance reports and actionable insights

Make recommendations based on an understanding of YouTube best practices, algorithms, SEO, and analytics

Adjust content strategy based on performance trends and insights

What you'll need to be successful: Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

Proven experience managing multiple social platforms for a brand or business

Proven experience growing and managing a successful YouTube channel required

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning and using new technology

Highly organized with excellent time management and deadline discipline

Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams & being a team player

Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools

Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management

High school Diploma required, associate's degree Preferred
