Small but very-rapidly growing agency in Northbrook, IL (just north of Chicago) is seeking a graphic designer to work across all of our accounts. We have a lot of work from new clients and need someone awesome to create great advertising with us.

Job is on-site at least four days a week in Northbrook; Fridays from home (or your favorite coffee shop) after a few weeks of training.

The ideal candidate must have formal graphic design training and loves creating great work. The person in this role will join a great team to concept, design and execute digital visuals for use across multiple media channels. Role Description We need a trained Graphic Designer at our office in Northbrook (north of Chicago). The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital ads, social posts, print materials, trade show materials, video editing (with motion graphics) and much more for multiple clients.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred and/or related experience with an advertising/marketing agency.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products required

Video editing and motion graphics skills are mandatory. Animation skills would be a big plus.

Website dev skills and/or Figma skills would be a big plus, too.

A diverse portfolio that shows a range of advertising, digital, and print work.

A good person. We are a nice group of folks and want to add another one. No prima donnas. This a serious, but fun, environment.

Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize based on project deadlines.

Desire to work at a fast pace.

Good people skills (you'll be talking with clients on occasion).
