As a Paid Search Strategist 2 at OuterBox, you will take charge of the search engine marketing efforts, driving targeted traffic and delivering measurable results for several of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative & transformative digital health brands and the fastest-growing e-commerce companies and collaborate with a team of dynamic professionals.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize within the full Google Suite and Microsoft Ads with a focus on paid search, shopping, and performance max campaigns

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and build effective campaigns.

Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions.

Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and achieving KPIs.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance.

Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.

Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across campaigns.

Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with paid media advertising. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SEM Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaigns.

Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred.

Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.

Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Certification or experience in other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media) is a plus.

This role is based in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Fast-paced, dynamic office environment and may be required to work outside of regular office hours to resolve issues or complete projects of the department.

Total Compensation for this role is $75,000 - 90,000.
