
Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with women's fashion house to hire a PR Associate Manager.
This is a 40 hour work week temp assignment which ends 90 days from start. The pay is $30-$37/hr.
About the Position The Associate Manager, Public Relations serves a significant role supporting the PR Department across and assists with all PR-related activities with the goal of driving brand awareness and increasing fashion credibility. Job function includes assisting PR team in all aspects of media relations, influencer relations, and external communications. The Manager also manages day-to-day editorial requests. Candidates must be productive, self-motivated, creative and team-oriented and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Close attention to detail and follow through and pronounced ability to complete multiple tasks and goals a must.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage the monthly Influencer campaigns for brands to include partner outreach, brief communication, SOW, rate negotiations, and
Oversee communication with internal teams (PM, Creative, Social, Paid, Brand) as content ETAs are updated and assets are received
Attend and collaborate with CFTs on all Influencer Meetings to align on monthly briefed concepts
Assist team in casting and strategizing brand awareness partners
Assist Director in managing monthly Influencer budgets
Manage Contracts and Invoicing with Coordinator
Assist team with Monthly Pitch Outreach
Assist team with Gifting Logistics and Outreach
Assist team with Vendor outreach
Assist team with Event Logistics and decor
Assist team with Product Selection as necessary
On-site set up and strike
Provide Input for Event Recap
Communicate timelines of our channel & influencer deliverables to CFTs
Represent the PR Team in in-person meetings as needed
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism)
Passion for style, fashion and trend-spotting
Affinity for our brands and a belief in their promise and products
General knowledge of media landscape
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, great follow up
Honest, hard-working, driven, enthusiastic
Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
Comfort and experience working directly with media
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with media database contact software
