Position Overview We're seeking an experienced and passionate Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of their event—from initial consultation through execution. You'll coordinate all aspects of events including weddings, corporate functions, social celebrations, and community gatherings, ensuring each one exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the event planning process, building strong relationships and understanding their vision
Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients
Coordinate all event logistics including timelines, vendor management, setup, and breakdown
Collaborate with catering, audio/visual, décor, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution
Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Oversee on-site event coordination, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Ensure all events comply with venue policies, safety regulations, and contractual agreements
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and event documentation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and client experience
Qualifications
2+ years of event management or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Strong organizational abilities and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with grace under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
