Social Media Content Creator (Full-Time, In-Office)

Girl Tribe Co. is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Content Creator to join our in-house team. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and social‑first storytelling. This position is both
creative and performance‑driven —content is expected to
engage, convert, drive traffic, and generate revenue , while also strengthening our brand community.
You will work
directly with the co‑founders and in‑house designers , playing a key role in shaping how Girl Tribe shows up online every day.
What You’ll Do
Create, film, and edit short‑form content for
TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
designed to
drive sales and revenue
Develop creative for
Facebook and Instagram ads , including UGC‑style, direct‑response, and conversion‑focused content
Collaborate closely with
co‑founders and designers
to translate product, campaigns, and brand vision into high‑performing social content
Concept and execute content for
product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Track performance and optimize content based on
engagement, traffic, and conversion data
Stay ahead of trends, sounds, memes, and platform updates—adapting them to feel authentic, on‑brand, and revenue‑focused
Assist with
influencer outreach, gifting, coordination, and content usage
for organic and paid channels
Actively
engage with and cultivate the Girl Tribe community
through comments, DMs, and interactive content
Capture behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, and in‑office content that strengthens brand storytelling and connection
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent execution across platforms
Who You Are
A creator who understands how
engaging content and strong community drive sales
Comfortable balancing creativity, strategy, and conversion
Confident on camera and skilled behind it
Collaborative and excited to work directly with founders and designers
Data‑aware, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Passionate about women‑owned brands, pop culture, licensed products, and community‑building
Requirements
1–3 years of experience creating social content with
measurable results
Experience creating content for
paid social ads
and revenue‑driving campaigns
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC, and community management is a plus
Available to work
full‑time, in‑office
