What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the setup and operation of the affiliate program using Impact, including tracking configuration and partner onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard priority affiliate partners aligned with the employer's brands and target audiences
Provide affiliate partners with links, offers, creative assets, and optimization guidance
Monitor affiliate performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities
Deliver performance reports and insights to inform long‑term investment decisions in the affiliate channel
What is Required (Qualifications):
Demonstrated experience launching and/or managing affiliate programs, ideally in consumer, travel, or e‑commerce businesses
Hands‑on experience with Impact or similar affiliate platforms
Strong analytical and commercial judgment to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
Ability to work independently in a project‑based environment with minimal oversight
Clear communication skills for effective reporting and presenting insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a similar role within the cultural or entertainment sector
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and performance metrics
Proven track record of successful partnerships with affiliate marketers
