THE POSITION:

At STACK, the Manager, Business Alignment will report to the Vice President, Delivery Program and play a critical role in ensuring strong integration and alignment between the Delivery Program and the broader business. This role focuses on enabling effective cross-functional collaboration across development programs, innovation and engineering, partnership and pursuit teams, and ongoing operations.

The Manager, Business Alignment will serve as a key interface between delivery execution and enterprise stakeholders, helping translate strategy into coordinated action. This individual will support planning, communication, and governance rhythms that ensure priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are clearly understood and aligned across teams.

A core component of this role includes facilitating cross-functional forums, synthesizing inputs from multiple disciplines, and supporting decision-making through clear communication, structured analysis, and stakeholder alignment. In partnership with the VP, Delivery Program, this role will help identify alignment gaps, assess impacts to delivery and operations, and support initiatives that improve enterprise-wide coordination, predictability, and value realization. The ideal candidate brings experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations, strong business acumen, and the ability to connect teams, initiatives, and outcomes across functional boundaries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Act as a primary liaison between the Delivery Program and cross-functional partners including development, innovation and engineering, partnerships and pursuits, and operations.

Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, alignment workshops, and regular coordination forums (virtual and in-person).

Support enterprise-level prioritization by surfacing interdependencies, risks, and impacts across delivery and business teams.

Translate delivery program objectives, timelines, and constraints into clear, actionable communication for business stakeholders.

Partner with functional leaders to align initiatives, milestones, and resource needs with delivery objectives.

Support governance, reporting, and communication cadences to ensure transparency and shared understanding across teams.

Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration, handoffs, and decision-making effectiveness.

Develop and maintain alignment artifacts such as integrated roadmaps, dependency maps, RACI matrices, and stakeholder communications.

Support change management efforts related to delivery initiatives and evolving business priorities.

THE DETAILS:

Travel: Up to 5% domestically

Compensation: $100,600 to $120,600 + 10% Annual Bonus Potential

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related discipline (Associate’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered)

Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process facilitation, business operations, or related fields

Proven experience working in matrixed environments and partnering across multiple functional teams

Strong understanding of delivery programs, development lifecycles, and operational considerations

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to diverse audiences

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfort working with senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Visio)
