Overview A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Product Designer (CW) to join their team in San Francisco, CA.

Join the clients Mailchimp as a Senior Product Designer on the Campaigns & Automations team, as we use AI to make marketing planning and automation less work. You'll enable our customers to send emails, SMS, and other messages with ease, while innovating around Mailchimp's planning and marketing automation capabilities. We are looking for a candidate who can jump into new projects quickly, enjoys solving complex problems, and is a constant advocate for the customer.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research

Senior Product Designer (CW) will engage with end-users and stakeholders frequently and learn quickly through iterative prototyping

Participate in customer research with clear goals, a testable hypothesis, and learning plan

Utilize AI to concept, build and test designs

Apply learning and data insights to generate designs that deliver customer delight

Collaborate effectively with other product designers, content designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers

As a Senior Product Designer (CW), you will solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews

Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends

Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, another relevant field, or equivalent work experience; A graduate degree is a plus

4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field

Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries

Strong knowledge of design principles and methods

Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping

Understanding the relationship of visual, interaction, and content disciplines

Customer-centric design mindset

Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator

Mastery of design tools within Figma

Currency of design trends in mobile, web, and motion design

A well-presented online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
