Responsibilities

Assist clients, partner Financial Advisors, Senior Investment Consultant and Portfolio Manager Teams with client onboarding and new account inquiries

Prepare paperwork for all new accounts coming in through various legacy platforms (Rochdale and CNAM) as well as for the mid-net-worth platform, Symphonic Financial Advisors

Open new accounts and process daily Outstanding Actions Report

Maintain database that houses all clients, Financial Advisor, and partner firm contact information, including the processing of all changes to partner's broker‑dealer and/or RIA

Collect information from third parties, transcribe to company systems, enter manually into system records, collect signatures, and then open accounts

Data entry from PDFs into spreadsheets and Salesforce

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment management industry

Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
