PM/Estimator – Concrete
Local concrete general contractor is seeking an experienced PM/Estimator to join their team. The role involves managing projects and estimating concrete flatwork, curb, gutter, foundation, excavation, site development, and miscellaneous work.
Key Qualifications
5+ years commercial & municipal concrete experience
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or survey technology (required or strongly encouraged)
Computer proficient with Heavy Bid and Microsoft Excel or similar
Good track record of success and longevity with employers
