to support the growth of our Daytona Beach mortgage office through
community outreach, referral partner development, and business-to-business relationship building .
This position is ideal for someone with experience or interest in
business development, relationship management, community engagement, real estate partnerships, or mortgage sales support .
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships with
real estate agents, real estate offices, CPA firms, and escrow/title companies
Develop partnerships with
local businesses and employers
to offer our
Affinity Mortgage Program
as an employee benefit
Drive
lead generation
through strategic networking, in-person visits, and follow-up
Represent the mortgage office at
community events, networking groups, and industry functions
Plan and coordinate
Lunch & Learn events, partner trainings, social events, and educational workshops
Collaborate with loan officers and leadership to support
mortgage production growth
Track outreach activity and referral partner engagement
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in
relationship management, business development, sales, account management, or community outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with in-person networking and professional relationship building
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Familiarity with
real estate, mortgage lending, title, escrow, or financial services
preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven
