Growth & Campaign Operations Manager

to help scale our performance marketing programs and support our AWS co‑marketing partnership.

We're hiring a Growth & Campaign Operations Lead to scale performance marketing for our enterprise motion, own the website as a growth channel, build repeatable campaign operations, and launch and operationalize our ABM motion. This is a highly hands‑on, analytical role with direct impact on pipeline.

Responsibilities

Paid Ads Strategy:

Build and scale a performance marketing engine that turns spend into qualified pipeline, owning channel mix, budget, and the testing roadmap while improving ICP fit, lead seniority, and efficiency

ABM:

Stand up a 0→1 ABM machine; align Sales + Marketing on account tiering, launch coordinated "surround‑sound" plays for focus accounts, and show measurable lift in meetings and pipeline

Campaign Operations:

Run high‑velocity campaign execution; own campaign build/QA, trafficking, pacing, and performance reporting end‑to‑end, and partner with GTM Ops to keep tracking, routing, and dashboards clean and reliable

Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS performance/growth marketing with ownership of spend and pipeline outcomes

Proven ability to build ABM programs 0->1

that meaningfully impact revenue targets

Highly analytical;

you diagnose performance, form clear hypotheses, and act from data

Fluent in a modern GTM stack

including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, and Gong, and quick to learn new tools.

Strong cross‑functional partner to Sales/RevOps

with a track‑record of improving sales->marketing hand‑off

Comfortable in a scrappy environment;

you move fast, unblock yourself, and ship with limited resources

Bonus:

experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, data/ML, IT, security).

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$130,000—$165,000 USD
