Overview

As the outline says, content publishing will be managed by our agency. Goal is to keep this person's head up and focus more on strategy, content briefing and trafficking, and project management. We use Monday.com for project management and Sprinklr for posting. Experience with these platforms is ideal, but comparable systems (Asana, Sprout, etc) are fine. This role does not need paid media management. The person should be creative, able to give insight into trends, and manage performance reporting, converting data into actionable insights. Converts campaign calendar into social grid Brief Social Agency Assigns assets across pod and agency resources Sample procurement from merch/ shipping to creators Works with Pod on graphics & still assets Prepares shot list for content shoots- attends capture content R1 content review- ensures content falls within strategy frameworks Manages influencer program Manages UGC reposting CAN publish as needed- but agency is primary publisher.
