Save Job

Your Next Big Win Starts Here If you thrive in fast-moving environments, execute cleanly under pressure, and get real satisfaction from keeping complex systems running smoothly, IPS Cash is where you’ll shine. We’re looking for a high-execution generalist who can learn quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results across systems, vendors, data, and workflows—without drama. If you’re the kind of person who:

Moves a mile a minute without losing accuracy

Asks smart questions once, then executes

Cares deeply about numbers, follow-through, and trust

Responsibilities Your Mission

Take work off leadership’s plate and keep marketing moving forward accurately and reliably.

Learn our playbook quickly and execute it our way.

Communicate clearly and keep projects from drifting.

Track outcomes, maintain dashboards, and ensure leadership can trust the numbers.

Operate independently once expectations are set.

What the First 90 Days Look Like

Own daily and weekly tracking, reporting, dashboards, and follow-up loops.

Build and maintain reports that leadership can rely on.

Drive communication between internal teams and vendors (clear updates, deadlines, next steps).

Support marketing operations: collateral, wearables, print items, business cards, scheduling, internal handoffs, QA and test forms, tracking, and lead attribution.

Take over social media and respond to reviews.

Shadow vendor meetings and learn how we manage accountability.

Research new tactics or vendors, bring data-backed recommendations, and support execution after approval.

Lead defined projects (collateral refreshes, vendor transitions, wearables, etc.).

Suggest lead-generation optimizations based on performance data.

Qualifications Who we’re looking for

A true generalist — can do many things well and is open to learning what they don’t know.

High executive function: organized, detail-oriented, reliable, proactive.

Humble, coachable, comfortable adopting an established standard and operating style.

Driven, fast-moving, and accountable—deadlines matter, details matter, follow-through matters.

Able to problem-solve and take initiative without collaboration.

People skills

Professional, clear communicator.

Can work with multiple personalities and keep things moving.

Comfortable taking direction and collaborating without friction.

Never bring problems; assertively seek and propose solutions.

Tech skills

Strong with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, dashboards, and project management tools.

Comfortable inside CRMs and learning systems quickly.

Strong QA instincts (you test things and catch issues early).

Analytical skills

You care about numbers and performance.

You can interpret results, spot patterns, and report clearly.

You don’t hide behind opinions—your work is measurable.

AI proficiency

You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT + related tools, automation, content + analysis workflows).

You know how to use AI to move faster without lowering quality.

You use AI and exhaust all options to empower yourself before raising a question with leadership.

Not a fit if…

You need constant reminders or repeated instructions to complete work.

You see tasks as “beneath you” (this role includes whatever needs to get done).

You want a slow-paced, consensus-heavy environment.

You identify primarily as a “creative marketer” and dislike ops + metrics.

You have rigid ideas of how things “should be” done.

You don’t like a direct communication style of leadership.

Compensation $50,000 per year
