Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Hotel Director to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As Hotel Director, you’ll oversee front desk, housekeeping, amenities, and guest service operations while driving revenue optimization, labor efficiency, and overall financial performance. You’ll use guest feedback, market insights, and competitive data to enhance service offerings and resolve high‑profile guest issues. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $92,100 – $124,300 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Lead and develop a multi‑layered hotel operations team, including front desk, housekeeping, amenities, and front‑line team members
Manage departmental budgets and financial performance, optimizing profitability through strategic pricing, promotional planning, and operational efficiency
Leverage guest feedback, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to enhance offerings, resolve high‑profile guest issues, and maintain strong relationships with repeat VIP players
Oversee compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
Evaluate and recommend operational enhancements to improve guest service and satisfaction
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience with success in managing properties with 150+ rooms, preferably in gaming or resort environments
Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue optimization, cost control, budget development, labor optimization, and P&L management
Extensive experience in luxury hospitality operations, guest relations, and service delivery with a deep understanding and passion for luxury hospitality trends, competitive landscape, guest expectations, innovation, and elevating team culture
Advanced experience with hotel management systems, property management, and guest service platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
