
Kitchen Saver custom cabinet renewal is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for its Cincinnati, Louisville and Indianapolis Offices. We have continually grown in sales over the last few years and are looking for another partner to grow with us. Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to supervise, maintain, and improve upon the growth and success of Sales within an assigned territory. The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training sales personnel, conducting and monitoring daily sales activities throughout the territory.
Essential Functions
Train and mentor sales personnel:
Develops training programs for newly hired sales personnel.
Performs regular ride‑along with assessments for all sales personnel.
Distributes sales leads to personnel daily.
Provides individual performance statistics to the sales personnel.
Holds sales personnel accountable for meeting and improving upon performance to meet or exceed company standards.
Contacts customers of canceled and no‑sale appointments to regain trust, interest, and reschedule; performs sales pitches for saved appointments.
Responds immediately to customer issues and concerns.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting of office sales results to the Regional VP of Sales.
Conducts bi‑weekly sales meetings.
Attends and participates in other branches, regional, and corporate meetings.
Develops monthly Sales plans for the territory and submit to the Regional VP of Sales.
Secondary Functions
Maintains a professional office environment.
Ensures compliance of sales personnel.
Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
