Key Responsibilities
Expand and manage an independent freight agency
Utilize provided tools and resources to facilitate freight brokerage operations
Maintain and grow relationships with customers and carrier partners
Required Qualifications
Previous freight brokering or freight sales experience
Current book of business with actively shipping customers
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
Willingness to engage with dedicated operational support and training
