This elite team focuses on community engagement and advance-planning services that make a real difference in the lives of the families we assist. Our directors serve families across multiple communities centered around various locations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must have the appropriate state funeral licensure or the ability to reciprocate license from another state
High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed
Proficient with computers and technology with knowledge of MS Office Tools
Desire to help others and earn a competitive income
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Creative, outgoing, and energetic
Solid work history
May require insurance license
This position may require the associate to obtain and maintain an insurance license in any state in which he/she conducts sales. To obtain the insurance license, the candidate must meet the requirements of a background check process which includes, but is not limited to, a criminal history and credit check.
What you will be doing Lead Generation
Hold self-accountable for prospecting a minimum of 1-2 hours each day
Obtain referrals from families served by the location
Network and build community and civic relationships
Explain and present presentations to families served and referred families
Maintain and track activity levels to ensure productivity
Build Relationships with Families
Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner
Connect with families through listening, honest communication, and genuine concern
Develop an understanding of each family’s unique needs and offer solutions that provide value to them
Stay in touch with families to ensure satisfaction
Prepare for all appointments and perform all procedures with professionalism and attention to detail
Follow through on all customer problems and requests
Build trust-based relationships to earn the right to ask for referrals
Earn the right to gain referrals to offer protection to family members, and the family’s relatives and friends, by educating them on the benefits of pre-planning
Teamwork
Represent a continuous link from services provided at need, through aftercare, to providing services to protect families in the future
Collaborate and team with funeral directors, location managers, and other members of funeral home and or cemetery staff, to provide seamless, high quality service
Thoroughly and completely review previous services and contacts with families to prepare to support current needs and or sales
Share family concerns with rest of the SCI team
