Our client is searching for a

Marketing Manager (Food Production) . This position leads brand strategy, product marketing, and promotional initiatives for full product portfolio. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and requires deep experience in the food manufacturing or CPG sector. The ideal candidate understands multicultural food markets, consumer trends, and the operational realities of bringing food products from concept to shelf.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market position and drive consumer awareness.

Lead product lifecycle management, including innovation, packaging updates, and product launches.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, foodservice, and trade channels.

Oversee content creation for social media, website, email, and promotional materials.

Manage packaging design, labeling updates, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Partner with Sales to develop trade marketing programs, sell sheets, POS materials, and promotional calendars.

Support retailer and distributor relationships with data, insights, and marketing assets.

Coordinate participation in trade shows, food expos, and community events.

Build and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.

Monitor consumer feedback, reviews, and brand sentiment to guide improvements.

Develop culturally relevant storytelling that highlights the authenticity and heritage of cuisine.

Track KPIs for campaigns, promotions, and product performance.

Analyze sales data, category insights, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.

5+ years of marketing experience in food production, CPG, or food manufacturing required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Strong understanding of multicultural food markets and consumer trends.

Experience with digital marketing, brand management, and product launches.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with packaging regulations, food labeling requirements, and retail marketing best practices.
