Job Summary As an Engineering Technician, you will support the engineering and design teams by creating and maintaining technical drawings for
custom counters and foodservice equipment
used in schools, universities, and commercial environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who is looking to grow into an Engineer or Senior Engineering Tech role.
You will use Revit to produce detailed drawings, make design modifications, and assist with product layouts. High performers in this role will have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and accelerated development.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Create and maintain technical drawings using Revit for custom products
Make revisions to existing designs based on redlines and feedback
Set up drawing formats and templates for product designs
Prepare preliminary, submittal, and approval drawings for customers
Review and update drawings to ensure manufacturing and production readiness
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams
Support continuous improvement of product design processes
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Revit
Experience producing technical drawings for products or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
2‑5+ years of experience creating technical drawings for manufactured products
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related field
Experience working with custom or made‑to‑order equipment
Interest in long‑term career growth within engineering
