The Prime Video Experience Design team is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant supporting two executives within the team. The responsibilities of the role consist of a wide range of activities, including management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel, expenses, budgeting, and project coordination. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to act as an extension of our Leaders in partnership with a solid team of other Executive Assistants and key business partners.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrative professional who is looking for their next big opportunity to advance their career. They will have experience using sound judgment while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and ever-changing work environment. They must have strong prioritization abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision. They will also be a detail-oriented planner with the ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.
This Executive Assistant will build a trusted long-term partnership with the executives they support, allowing them to be a vital leader on the team. They will have the opportunity to take on special initiatives with increased responsibility to drive employee engagement programs, improving inclusivity and morale across the entire Design organization.
Experience working with a design team or in the entertainment industry is not required. However, you should have an interest in the space and a desire to learn more about the industry.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and schedule complex calendars and support teams in global locations and time zones.
Manage expense reports and travel.
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meetings, off‑sites, and team social events).
Understand business priorities and proactively improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
Plan the annual calendar and facilitate the integration/prioritization of business activities.
Build relationships with Executive Assistants across other teams, as well as with Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, Product, and Engineering partners for the organization.
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items.
Act as a liaison for direct reports.
Manage team space, including moves and reconfiguration.
Periodic travel (domestic and international) for team summits, workshops, and events.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with workspace planning/management
Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports
Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
