Manager, Influencer, PR & Affiliate
to grow revenue and brand visibility through creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and integrated PR. This role sits on the Brand & Omnichannel Integrated Marketing team and owns execution across influencer commerce platforms, affiliate networks, and editorial PR in close partnership with an external agency. This role blends creativity with rigor. You drive measurable impact while protecting brand integrity across earned and creator-led channels. Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Own performance-driven influencer programs across ShopMy, and priority creators Manage, measure and track influencer campaign ROI, including engagement rates, sales lift, and brand awareness metrics. Identify, recruit, and manage creators who drive measurable revenue and reach Lead gifting, briefing, contracting, and creator onboarding Build launch and hero product creator programs Develop incentive structures and affiliate-based partnerships Track performance across conversion, revenue, content quality, and efficiency Partner with Creative and Performance teams on launch aligned creator toolkits and performance content Build deeper partnerships with top creators through incentives and in person events Performance PR (Affiliate)
Own day-to-day management and growth of the affiliate program across Impact and publisher partners Recruit and activate new affiliate partners and shopping editors Develop exclusive offers, launch moments, and incentive programs to drive sell-through Monitor performance daily and optimize based on content trends and product performance Manage affiliate reporting, forecasting, and budget pacing Editorial PR
Serve as the day-to-day partner to the external PR agency Support editorial pitching, product placement, and press storytelling tied to GTM priorities and brand strategy Manage sample requests, press assets, and editorial calendars Track impact of editorial coverage through traffic, affiliate revenue, and share of voice Support planning and execution of press previews, influencer events, and activations Podcast and Ambassador Support
Support podcast sponsorships and ambassador partnerships with briefs, assets, and talking points Coordinate execution across Brand, Creative, and agency partners Track performance tied to awareness, traffic, and affiliate lift Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand and Integrated Marketing on seasonal launches and GTM planning Manage Content Library and communications for creator content Work closely with Ecommerce on product focus, offers, and conversion strategy Support Retail and Wholesale Marketing with creator and PR moments tied to store or partner initiatives Maintain clean reporting and insights shared with leadership Qualifications
5 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, PR, or commerce partnerships Strong hands-on experience with ShopMy, LTK, Impact, or similar platforms Proven ability to drive revenue through creator and affiliate programs Experience working with PR agencies and editorial partners Highly organized with strong project management skills Comfortable with analytics, attribution, and performance reporting Clear communicator who moves fast and collaborates well What Success Looks Like
