What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and resident care services
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff
Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with assisted living standards
Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans
Update service plans every six (6) months or as resident needs change
Maintain 24-hour on-call availability for resident care and staffing needs
Monitor resident documentation and report significant changes to families and physicians
Coordinate wellness programs and routine health clinics
Administer the resident care budget
Ensure compliance with EOEA, HIPAA, and organizational policies
Participate in quality assurance and leadership meetings
What You'll Need:
Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN or RN licensure
Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
