AsaTransactionalInsideSalesAccountManager,youwillmanageafast-pacedportfoliofocusedprimarilyonspotinquiries,short-lead-timeneeds,andrapidlychangingmarketconditions.Yourrolewillcenteronidentifying,executing,andcoordinatingquick-turnaroundshipments.You’llcollaboratedailywithpurchasing,operations,logistics,andqualityteamstoprovideabest-in-classcustomerexperience.

DutiesandResponsibilities:

Deliverfast,accuratecustomerservicebyrespondingquicklytocustomerpurchaseordersandrequests

Enterordersaccuratelyandpromptly,ensuringallspecificationsarecapturedcorrectly

Ensuretimelydeliveryofcustomerorders

Pointofcontactforallmattersspecifictotheday-to-daytransactionalneeds

Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcustomerswhoprimarilypurchasebasedonmarketconditions,quick-turnneeds,orjust-in-timerequirements

Understandcustomerneeds,offersolutionstomeetthem,andeffectivelycommunicatetheseneedstofulfillmentteams(i.e.production,logistics,purchasing,outsideprocessing,etc.)

Monitorkeytransactionalmetricssuchasquoteturnaroundtimeandon-timedelivery

Preparereportingformanagementandoutsidesalesteammembers

Managecustomeraginginventory

Reviewpricingandconfirmaccuracy

Qualifications:

Preferredbachelor’sdegreeinbusinessorrelatedfield

2–3yearssalesorbusinessoperationsexperience

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication

Highlevelproblem-solving,attentiontodetailandanalyticalskills

Customerfocusedmindset

Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyinafast-paced,high-volumetransactionalsalesenvironment

ProficientinCRMsoftware
