is seeking a confident, customer-focused sales professional to join our Upgrade Center team. As

Client Upgrade Sales Specialist , you will actively engage customers, identify vehicle upgrade opportunities, and guide clients through purchase decisions in partnership with our sales and service departments. Core Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers and identify vehicle upgrade and purchase opportunities

Act as a liaison between the sales and service departments to support customer needs

Listen to, evaluate, and help resolve customer concerns using BMW systems and software

Partner with management, technicians, and service advisors to present the best upgrade or repair options based on customer needs and cost considerations

Assist customers who choose to purchase a new vehicle rather than repair their current vehicle

Order vehicles to customer specifications and maintain consistent communication through delivery

Process lease terminations and upgrade opportunities

Assist with other duties as assigned

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Previous sales experience required (automotive sales strongly preferred)

Former service advisor experience is a plus

Ability to confidently approach customers and initiate conversations

Strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, text, and email)

High school diploma or GED required

Working knowledge of computer systems and Windows-based applications

Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and applications

CRM experience preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to safely drive or move vehicles

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment Work schedules vary based on rotation; hours include 8:00am–5:00pm, 10:00am–7:00pm, or 12:00pm–8:00pm shifts. Our sales team enjoys a 5‑day workweek with Sundays and one weekday off. Candidates can expect to spend the majority of their workday interacting with customers both in person and over the phone throughout the showroom and sales lots.
