We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans.
Your expertise in providing therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence will make a significant impact on our patients' lives. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention, monitor and document patient progress, implement interventions in various settings, participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation.
About the Position
- The ideal candidate must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution;
- A current MA Physical Therapist PT license;
- BLS/CPR Certification is required.
