Sales Experience Director

Location: Scottsdale, AZ — 18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary plus an annual performance bonus. Defer to compensation transparency guidelines depending on role type. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary

Join Osaic Wealth as a pivotal leader in our Business Development division, where you’ll spearhead the creation and optimization of immersive onboarding experiences for prospective financial advisors. This role focuses on innovating the Home Office Visit (HOV) journey, integrating strategic marketing initiatives, and fostering robust relationships with external recruitment partners. You’ll collaborate across teams to build scalable processes that enhance advisor acquisition, drive lead conversion, and ensure seamless integration of new professionals into our ecosystem. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies, you’ll elevate our sales enablement framework to achieve superior business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to business development goals, including targeted campaigns, content creation for digital and print media, and performance analytics to boost visibility and attraction of top-tier financial talent.
  • Content and Resource Creation: Produce compelling sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and promotional materials, while managing a centralized repository of tools like guides, templates, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Campaign and Project Oversight: Lead the planning and tracking of sales-focused campaigns, establish standardized workflows for cross-functional projects, and align calendars to maximize impact on business objectives.
  • Innovate HOV Experiences: Design and refine the end-to-end Home Office Visit program, incorporating cutting-edge elements such as interactive sessions, customized itineraries, advanced tech integrations, and feedback mechanisms to create memorable and impactful engagements for incoming advisors.
  • Third-Party Recruiter Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruitment firms, negotiating agreements, overseeing performance metrics, and coordinating joint initiatives to expand our talent pipeline and ensure high-quality candidate sourcing.
  • Advisor Onboarding Coordination: Act as the central coordinator for advisor integration visits, managing logistics like accommodations, agendas, and post-visit follow-ups while delivering personalized, high-touch service to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Training and Development Initiatives: Partner with internal stakeholders to craft and deliver training modules for sales teams, focusing on best practices in advisor engagement, product knowledge, and compliance to empower consistent performance across the organization.
  • Data and Reporting Optimization: Maintain accurate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) by updating leads, opportunities, and dashboards; generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and track recruitment effectiveness.
  • Vendor and Event Support: Serve as the key liaison for external service providers, handling contracts, communications, and billing; additionally, contribute to high-level event coordination and strategic projects under senior leadership.
  • Additional Contributions: Undertake other essential tasks as needed to support organizational priorities and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Education and Experience

Education Requirements: Advanced degree (Master’s) strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be evaluated based on experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management and/or event management experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting or driving B2B sales, or complex retail sales
  • Experience working in sales operations or sales enablement capacity
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize simultaneous requests

Preferred Requirements:

  • Financial services experience
  • Good understanding of CRM systems – Salesforce
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
