Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee regional sales activities to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement a Regional Business Plan to maximize sales performance
  • Cultivate high-level customer relationships to enhance the company’s position within the market
  • Monitor market trends and communicate insights to senior management
  • Conduct training for new sales personnel and provide ongoing support and guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, including 5+ years in sales management
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills for high-level interactions
  • Experience in the dialysis or healthcare provider market
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management
