Measurement Partnerships Manager, Uber Advertising

About The Role

The Measurement Strategy team equips the Uber Advertising organization and our clients with a 360° view of critical decision‑making dimensions, including how to measure campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. In this role, you will lead the measurement solutions function within ad measurement strategy to operationalize new measurement offerings, both developed internally and in partnership with third‑parties, manage existing partner relations, and track capabilities that meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive forward the identification, onboarding and socialization of measurement and insights partnerships to prove the value of the Uber Advertising audience, the effectiveness of the platform and the integration of advertising insights and performance to 3rd party and/or client datasets
  • Oversee our existing portfolio of measurement partners, and ensure that offerings remain up to date with roadmaps
  • Partner with measurement providers and leading advertisers to develop bespoke analysis that demonstrate the power of Uber to deliver campaign outcomes
  • Seek out innovative measurement approaches and audience insights, capabilities and tools that will be suitable for Uber Advertising's business objectives
  • Facilitate cross‑functional relationships with Uber Advertising Marketing, Operations, Product & Engineering to push partnerships forward and turn unique approaches into scaled solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in an Advertising role, preferably in Business Development, Partnerships, Ad Products, or Measurement Science
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proficiency in the advertising and/or marketing data landscape
  • Foundational understanding of what measurement solutions and partners offer
  • Cross Functional experience with Sales, Clients, Product and Engineering stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in an advertising and/or marketing role, especially in Business Development, Partnerships, Ad Products, or Measurement
  • Robust experience with mobile advertising measurement tools and frameworks (MMPs, SDKs)
  • Experience prioritizing competing differentiators to come up with a decisive recommendation
  • Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects based on changing business priorities
  • Previous experience in a global capacity

Compensation & Benefits

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$150,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full‑time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
