We are partnering with a global leader in managed open-source data infrastructure to find a high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. As they rapidly scale their US presence, we need a recruiter who doesn't just "fill roles" but acts as a strategic advisor to help win the best Enterprise Sales talent in the market.

Contract: Full-Time (W2) OR Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: Remote, Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston preferred)
Start Date: ASAP (2-3 weeks maximum)
What you’ll be doing:
Enterprise Sales Sourcing: You’ll own the full lifecycle for high-level Enterprise Sales roles. We aren't looking for high-volume SDR recruiters; you’ll be hunting for seasoned professionals who close complex, high-value cloud and data deals.
Stakeholder Partnership: You will work directly with Sales leadership as a trusted advisor. You’ll provide market intelligence on the Texas tech landscape, help define territory-specific hiring criteria, and ensure a "white glove" experience for every stakeholder.
End-to-End Ownership: From the initial intake call to the final "yes" and signature. You’ll manage the funnel, coordinate the process, and lead offer negotiations for senior-level talent.
Process Excellence: You’ll use data to track your pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the hiring bar remains incredibly high. You’ll act as a gatekeeper for quality, ensuring the organization hires only the best.
Candidate Experience: You are the face of the brand in the US. You’ll ensure every candidate, whether hired or not, has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience.
Who You Are:
Expert Recruiter: You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience , with a heavy focus on Enterprise Sales/GTM roles within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data infrastructure space.
Market Savvy: You know the US talent market inside and out. You understand what motivates top-tier sales talent and how to sell a high-growth, global tech story.
Independent & Driven: You thrive in a remote setup. You are highly organized, productive under pressure, and capable of managing senior stakeholders without being micromanaged.
Strategic Mindset: You think like an in-house partner. You care about the long-term success of your hires and the strategic growth of the US team.
