Director, Sr. AI Product Governance Manager

Services AI organization is responsible for fostering a data, analytics and AI culture and solutions across all business lines. It's a start‑up like culture based on co‑creation, “fail fast or scale fast” methodology, and agile delivery.

We are looking to enable AI to bring faster insights to decision makers, create efficiency in operational processes, enable Sales and Bankers with intelligence‑driven relationship management backed by data and AI. We seek an experienced Product Manager focused on driving adoption post‑launch, ensuring governance, risk and legal management, establishing a feedback loop on feature and capabilities post‑adoption, and making the product better.

Product Adoption, Governance and Management

Define and articulate a clear product adoption roadmap, endure product governance, market regulation and needs, track adoption results, client feedback, strategy results, and develop roadmap per adoption patterns, aligned with client and internal stakeholder needs.

Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.

Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly.

Manage KPIs, risk, monitoring and control, ensure market regulation needs.

Product Management

Drive feedback and inputs into product development lifecycle, testing, launch, and post‑launch iteration.

Work closely with product managers, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility.

Track product roadmap delivery, governance and adoption.

Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high‑quality releases.

Engage stakeholders for testing, sign‑off and pivot according to the feedback.

Technical Skills

Sales, revenue, operational efficiency plan management experience.

Understanding of Generative AI products, prompts, presets application to sales and products.

Bring together business use cases and drive capabilities development based on stakeholder, client, market needs.

Responsible for benefits and KPIs.

AI Ethics & Governance: Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Tight program management skills.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.

High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends.

Hands‑on experience of GEN AI application, architecture, integrations, presets, prompt engineering.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 8‑10+ years of managerial experience
  • Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range

$200,000.00 - $300,000.00
