We are seeking an experienced Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy across early- and late-stage clinical programs. This role blends hands‑on analysis with strategic oversight, partnering with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure robust, data‑driven clinical development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead biostatistics for clinical studies, including study design, endpoints, and SAP development
- Oversee CRO statistical execution, ensuring quality and timelines
- Contribute to regulatory submissions, CSRs, and integrated analyses
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to clinical, safety, biomarker, and exploratory data
- Mentor and develop statisticians while providing technical leadership
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field (MSc 10+ yrs / PhD 8+ yrs)
- Hands‑on experience across Phase I–IV trials and regulatory submissions
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in modern statistical tools and methodologies
