About the Role

Partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, you will develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care while supporting staff development.

Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire prior to start date.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.

Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual full‑time range starting at $150,000 – $165,000 per year.
