Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide guidance and mentorship to the team, and ensure high standards of ABA therapy are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, collaborating with families, and contributing to program development and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Psychology
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and managing therapeutic teams
- Knowledge and application of evidence-based practices in Medicine related to the field
- Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans effectively
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- BCBA certification and state licensure in Oklahoma (required)
- Prior experience in ABA therapy and supporting diverse populations
