inbound, warm leads
via phone and online applications. Support small business customers with
Property & Casualty insurance
needs. Manage approximately
25–50 inbound calls per day. Navigate multiple systems and insurance products Schedule & Work Environment

7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Training schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Occasional weekend work may be required Qualifications
Active insurance P&C license Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree Strong communication and customer service skills Sales‑driven, motivated, and eager to grow Ability to work in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
