Comscore is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to work within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and well-designed Salesforce solutions while safeguarding data integrity and system health. As part of the Salesforce team at Comscore, you'll play a key role in increasing Salesforce adoption and utilization, improving data quality and reliability, and supporting the timely resolution of user issues. This is an internally facing position, and you'll be interacting with people at all levels and across all functional areas at Comscore.
What You'll Do:
System Administration/Configuration
Managing day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and workflows, validationrules, automation (flows)and all otherconfigurationtostreamline operations andalignSalesforcewithComscore'sevolving business requirements.
Evaluatingand implementingAppExchange solutions and third-party integrations
Maintainingsystem documentation and creatingtraining materials for end-users
Managingdata imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity
Performing regulardata audits and cleanup activities tomaintaindatabase health
Establishing andmaintainingdata entry standards and deduplication processes
Creatingandmaintainingcustom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed
What You'll Need:
You'vegot a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
You'vegot5-7+yearsof SalesforceLightningAdministration Experiencein a mid-to-large organdhave through knowledge of the Salesforceplatform,its core functionalitiesandcustomization options, data management tools, and automation features
You'reSalesforce Certified
You'reable todemonstrateownership of a Salesforce production environment with a history of leading end-to-end enhancements from discovery to design to build to release and adoption
You have a strong understanding of CRMstrategy, data models, and revenue processes
You ideally have experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
You'reable to manage multiple projectssimultaneously,prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesconsistently
You'vegot a strong working knowledge of Salesforce Developmentconcepts,and understandhow Apex works in tandem withother low-codesolutions in Salesforce
You'vegot a solid working knowledge oftheQuote-to-Cash processwithin asalesorganization,especiallyasit'simplemented with Salesforce's CPQ solution
You'vegot outstanding written and verbal communication skills andcanclearly and effectively communicate with users at all levels of the organization
Youhave experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Youpossessstrong analytical and problem-solving skills and can work independently as well as collaboratively
You'recomfortable working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
You'rea proactive problem solver, not just reactive support
