We are currently seeking a

UI/UX Developer (Onsite Hybrid)

to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

Design and develop

mobile-first UI/UX experiences

for iOS and Android applications supporting payment and transaction workflows

Create

wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

optimized for mobile platforms

Partner closely with

mobile engineers, product managers, security, and compliance teams

to deliver secure and intuitive user experiences

Ensure all designs adhere to

PCI DSS requirements

, secure design principles, and data protection standards

Design user experiences for

sensitive interactions

such as authentication, payments, confirmations, and error handling

Apply usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design best practices for mobile applications

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics

Maintain and contribute to

mobile design systems

, reusable components, and style guides

Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional agile ceremonies

Work

on-site in the Atlanta office 3 days per week

to support collaboration and rapid design iteration

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in UI/UX design and development, with a strong focus on

mobile applications

5+ years of proven experience designing for

iOS and/or Android platforms

5+ years of strong foundation in UI/UX fundamentals including:

User-centered and mobile-first design

Information architecture and interaction design

Visual design and usability for small screens

Travel

Minimal travel expected

Degree

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

, or similar design and prototyping tools

Solid understanding of mobile UI implementation constraints and patterns

Experience working in PCI-compliant environments

Prior experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry

Knowledge of

accessibility standards (WCAG)

and inclusive design

Experience with

native or cross-platform mobile frameworks

(SwiftUI, UIKit, Android UI, React Native, Flutter)

Experience designing

secure, transactional user flows

Familiarity with

biometric authentication

, secure input, and data masking patterns

Experience collaborating with

security, compliance, or risk teams

Exposure to

analytics-driven UX improvements

for mobile applications

Ability and willingness to work

on-site in Atlanta 3 days per week (mandatory)
