Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager, Executive

to support our new standards in data-driven, persona-focused marketing. In this role, you'll help drive messaging and positioning for our Executive personas. You'll implement marketing strategies, tactics, and launch plans that continue to establish Procore as the best construction management platform. Leading with curiosity, and being a collaborative team member, the

Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager

will need to take a calculated approach in how we go to market for our industry-specific Executive personas.

As a successful

Associate Portfolio Marketing Manager, Executive

you have experience in executing go-to-market strategies, polished presentation skills, and experience developing strategies and tactics to evangelize the Procore platform to encourage growth and adoption for prospects and customers.

This position reports to the Director, Portfolio Marketing, and would be based remotely with the opportunity to travel to our Procore offices when necessary. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:Customer Expertise:

Become a go-to expert on your persona base, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies & messaging on a regular basisGo-to-Market (GTM) Execution:

Impact the execution of GTM plans for new and existing products in your portfolio, and serve as the liaison between Product Management, Business Development, and Technology Partners to align GTM and launch timelines to releases for Platform and Security towards ExecutivesMessaging & Positioning:

Contribute to developing the external-facing messages and collateral for product releases for the Executive persona, and ensure releases are communicated in such a way as to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into content that drives engagement across marketing channelsAnalytics and Reporting:

Report on key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiativesMarket Research:

Participate in research to help define new market, and product differentiation opportunities including trends and challengesEvent Participation:

Represent Procore at industry trade events, executive forums, partner meetings, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - 25% travel (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore officesCollaborative Partner:

Partner to ensure internal groups are aligned with go-to-market strategies, primary personas, and can properly position Procore with the necessary information and collateral to execute successfully for their remitWhat we're looking for:

3+ years of product marketing experienceKnowledge of the SaaS platform solutionsExecutive communications experienceExperience in product launch execution, positioning, pricing, and packaging with excellent public speaking and presentation skills; ability to create high-quality presentations in Google SlidesAnalytic and creative mindset; attention to detail and quality of deliverables and comfortable with deadlines and ensuring execution through measured resultsExcellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, and development

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $101,280 - $139,260. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
