Description
The Retail Banker is responsible for assisting customers with a variety of banking needs as well as the sale of additional bank products to current and prospective customers.
We have one part-time position available: 17 - 22 hours each week, with schedules ranging between the hours of 2:00PM - 5:30PM Monday-Friday, mostly closing shifts, and including a Saturday rotation (every fourth Saturday) at our Somerset branch location from 8:15AM-12:00PM.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of accountable cash handling/transaction management in a retail or customer service environment desired Excellent communication skills required; ability to work in a team environment, learn quickly, and apply knowledge as needed Proficient in computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to uphold confidentiality and customer privacy in all situations Software Operating Requirements Include:
General knowledge of document origination software preferred Familiarity with Windows Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams Core Bank Software (Jack Henry)
