We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Diptyque Americas Commercial leadership team, **reporting directly to the Americas Head of Sales**. This newly created role carries full P&L responsibility for four emerging distribution channels: Travel Retail, Corporate Sales, Distributors, and Indies partner. **The position is based in New York City.**With two direct reports, the director will drive and execute regional strategies for each channel, developing comprehensive plans to accelerate profitable growth through both accelerated Like-for-Like performance and targeted expansion, while ensuring that Brand Image is protected and enhanced.
The role encompasses oversight of business performance and reporting, management of the client portfolio, new store openings and renovations. This includes creating, executing, and monitoring strategic and financial plans for each of the channels under scope.This position requires close collaboration with the commercial leadership team, cross-functional teams across the region, and the Paris headquarters as appropriate.
