Job Description

Job Purpose:

To Lead and provide consultancy services to Domestic Franchise business in Thailand which will result in the fulfilment of planned sales and revenue long-term optimum growth.

Main Responsibilities:

2.1 Franchisee Business Excellence

Drive franchisee Sales & EBITDA, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Identify growth opportunities through business planning and financial reviews.

Implement policy updates and contract changes effectively.

2.2 Operational Store Visits

Conduct evaluations least three times per year to uphold standards and procedures.

Evaluate in-store systems to ensure compliance with Operational Standards, procedures, and programs.

Collaborate with Area Coaches to improve performance.

2.3 Training & Development

Ensure franchisees complete training programs and process rollouts.

Offer hands‑on coaching and identify improvement areas.

Share best practices to enhance operations.

Enforce policies, contracts, and store investment commitments.

2.5 Quarterly Business Meetings

Ensure franchisees fully understand and execute marketing plans and initiatives to drive sales.

Clearly communicate company direction, policies, and strategic goals to franchisees.

Coordinate necessary resources in crisis situations (e.g., robbery, natural disasters, serious incidents).

Qualification Education:

Master’s degree in business management or any related fields

Experience:

At least 10 year’s experience in senior management role from international companies with proven tracked record of achievements

Excellent knowledge/ experience/ passion in food / retail business

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Strong enabler of result‑driven work culture

Strong people management and development
